Join us in building this community every other Sunday from 3-4:30pm over Zoom. Currently running February 8th-May 3rd 2026.
Our group is meant to build understanding, support, and community connection, allowing a space for Autistic voices to really be heard.
Our group is client-led based on what members want and need. Most sessions are client-led conversations, though group leaders are happy to support members with psychoeducation as requested.
In the past, we’ve covered topics including:
- Masking versus unmasking in the context of safety and burnout
- Relationships and boundary setting
- Pervasive Drive for Autonomy (PDA) as a part of some peoples’ experiences
- Celebrated special interests, among other topics related to the lives of adults living on the autism spectrum.
